Henrico

Henrico is the county that wraps itself around the city of Richmond. Considered one of the first suburbs, you can find myriad homestyles, with an emphasis on mid-century brick ranchers and capes (eastern portion) and colonials and transitionals as you move further west.

Divided into the East End and West End, Henrico spans across I-64, with easy access to downtown no matter where you are. With an abundance of green space, several large planned developments, and the newly constructed Sports and Events Center, there’s a lot of offer residents.
